Product or service reviewed: Furnace Repair
Our furnace stopped working early Sunday morning. Kaleb was our Tech and came first thing Monday. Turns out the controller board was the problem but had to be UPS in overnight. Tom was the Tech who came out Tuesday to install it and made sure the furnace was working properly. Both Kaleb and Tom were great. I'd highly recommend Lagana's for all your HVAC and plumbing issues.

Kaleb performed our annual furnace and A/C maintenance recently. He was very professional, personable and thorough. Our furnace and A/C were installed in 2018 and maintained by a different company. Kaleb explained what he was doing and why and offered homeowner tips. We will gladly continue our business with Lagana!!

Kaleb was my technician and he was amazing. Truly, from the time I called Lagana, to the followup letter i received in the mail giving me a detailed account of what services were completed in addition to my next steps for additional service and followup... I have been nothing short of impressed! In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Lagana has remembered that the little things matter the most. I can only give 5 stars... but 10 stars are deserved!

We are still amazed at the installation quality done in Nov 2022 by Max, AJ and Derrick.The level of engineering competence, hard work and clear thinking was exceptional!The job required sooo much as the old oil burner and all it's duct work was removed and the new system installed by hanging it from the basement ceiling with new duct work and remote 2nd floor units as well. I'm still raving about it 2 months later! Not a single problem.I highly recommend this company for their expertise and proffesionalism .

Colton N is very professional and knowledgeable. We had 2 toilets replaced and a leaking faucet fixed in the past month and we could not be happier with his work. Lagana's provides a great service. If you want it done correctly by professionals, call Lagana's!

I needed my furnace looked at on short notice when the weather had just started getting very cold. I called and was given a return call quite fast from Kaleb, a technician, whom had been out in the fall for a regular checkup on it. I really felt comfortable having the fast response and the knowledge and polite professionalism that he had. I appreciated that Lagana was there for my emergency needs. Thank you.

Derek got the furnace fixed and now the house is warm (as it hadn't been most of the winter). Colton installed a new sump pump where there had never been one before. Both men arrived on time, were professional and did very neat work. The sump pump install went better than I had expected, but clearly these guys know their business. I already tossed out the cards from other plumbers, I'll be phoning Lagana from now on.

Called for a repair on a old discontinued furnace, took a bit to get the part but it is now in a working like a new furnace. 5 stars i will call these guys again if i ever need work done again on my furnace.

Clayton & Colton N did an absolute awesome job, along with Chris. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work.
They even fixed the leak on my hot water tank that I didn’t even know was there!! Would deff recommend this company. Ask for Lawson, very easy to talk to.

Tim did a wonderful job (as usual) of cleaning and checking our heating system. He is a pleasure to talk with, is knowledgeable of system requirements and is confident in his skills. In addition, he gave us a thorough tutorial on setting up the thermostat controls through the iPhone. We very much appreciate the extra time Tim spent with us to explain the details and benefits of using the iPhone to control the settings. We give Tim an A+ and look forward to the next time he comes to service our furnace or AC.

Tim stopped by and did the first start up test on my new furnace i just had installed. Great guy and very happy with the work he did to make sure it was safe to use. Was not afraid of answering questions I had about what he had to do to get everything working and was polite about it.

Tim was at my home within 20 min. He was very professional and upbeat. I was a little grumpy as I didn’t have heat but he remained kind. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. Great service and took me out of my grumpy mood!

My service person was very personable and knowledgeable. He reviewed what we wanted done and then proceeded to do everything we talked about. He took care to keep things protected and clean. Very professional and had everything done quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
